Shalu is passionate about being part of the community and there is no better way of doing it than providing the community a safe, clean, healthy and tasty place to come together. Owning a Cafe in a historical and quaint town like Suffield has been her dream ever since she moved to the United States in 2015. Having lived and travelled all across the globe with her family, the creativity kept coming and she was able to bring the best products from around the world to the doorstep of our community - from German Breads, French Pastries, Italian Gelato, Acai from the Amazon, Coffee beans from the farms of Southern India and Sandwiches with a flair of Asia and South America. She loves serving our customers with a smile and with incredible flavors from her recipes developed as a mother of three lovely children. She also takes great pride in seeing friends and family coming together at the cafe, hugging and kissing and having a great time while sipping great coffee.
